About the Game
Welcome to Of Furs & Hides, the mini-campaign quest series! This is a 16 week campaign playing as an a newly awakened anthro-animal child on an island secluded from the rest of the world. In this campaign, you will play as one of 5 players playing in an environment of wholesomeness as you grow up to become a level 1 hero with all its roaring highs and painful lows through a very heavy roleplay environment shaping your character from a child to an adventurer as an unprecedented event causes immediate fortune then existential dread and threat for survival to you and your fellow villagers.
Total players: 5
This campaign is set to play on Saturdays Weekly from 0900 to 1330 CST/ 0700- 1130 PST/ 1000 - 1430 EST. The campaign will go for 16 weeks.

About the DM - Reizo
Nice to meet you, I am Reizo! I have been a DM for 9 years, and in that time I have played with many people from many different backgrounds and nationalities- exclusively online using roll20. I am very passionate about playing TTRPGs, to the point I am about to pass 15,000 hours on Roll20 alone. I put an immense amount of time and passion into my games. What I enjoy most about playing TTRPGs is watching others enjoy the world I create and having those intense moments of roleplay where we are all engaged in what is going on, almost as if it is happening for real and creating memories and treasured characters that live on in our hearts even after the dice are put away. How to Join
There is an interview process to join the game. As such, be prepared for a 30+ minute sit down to get to know each other over voice and talk about you, me, and all things D&D related.

FAQ:
Q: Why is it 21+?
A: We are looking for more socially mature people to play with due to the social complexity of roleplay that the campaign demands in terms of depth of understanding how to play a kid, how to play an animal, showing emotional depth, and being able to sympathize or empathize on a level that most younger people do not quite grasp. There are some adults themes in this game, but there is no direct sexual contact or obscenity in this game especially since we are playing children; however, that does not exclude sexual themes such as partial nudity, flirting, or talking around the concept of sex. Other adult themes included are drugs, violence, horror, Racism, Sexism, mental health problems, aggression, genocide, gaslighting, self-harm, torture, terrorism, and natural disasters. We do not include sexual assault, explicit sex, child pornography, child sex, or **** in our games.
Q: What system are you using for a level 0 campaign?
A: The system we are using is based on one we created for Pathfinder, a very complex system in and of itself. Transferring the system to 5e was very easy and has 4 tiers/ levels that a character will go through - Level 0, Level 1/4, Level 1/2, Level 3/4. These levels are based on averages that we have mathematically created taking into consideration ability scores, HP, AC, etc. The monster stat blocks are set in the same way.
Q: What kind of animal may I play?
A: Any animal that currently exists in our world! I have had ants, butterflies, all types of cats, bears, spiders, all types of dogs, all types of birds, mice, and so much more. Each race gets its own set of custom racials to start the game with.
Q: How much of the game is roleplay and how much of the game is combat?
A: 70-80% Roleplay and 30-20% Combat
Q: Are you a furry?
A: A fair and honest question. Neither myself or my Co-DM are furries.
Q: Do you have anything against furries?
A: I welcome all people to my table! What matters is your passion and positivity and how you treat others. I welcome diversity and support you for doing things that make you happy - so long as they do not hurt others!
