I am running the "Rime of the Frost Maiden" campaign that starts our characters at level 1. This is a voice campaign that will also use Roll20 for combat. I am in CST so time frame will most likely be between 6-11pm CST, depending on what players want.

Backstory: Asutali is the youngest child of a Human and Half-Elf who live in the town/city of Targos. She was adopted while her father was traveling to do trade just South of the Spine of the World. Where she was picked up and taken in. During her time in the ten towns she traveled to some of the other towns. And during one such travel she found herself abducted by Yetis for a short period of time. She was saved by an expedition lead by her father and older brother. Alongside that her time with the Yetis, however, introduced her to a figure prominent to her birth family. They swayed the Yetis not to kill her and in turn gifted her a taste of their power. Promising to give her more if she can fulfill a request.

Character Idea Name Nehfir Snow Race: Reborn Lineage, Half-elf Class: Rouge - Arcane Trickster Bit of Background: Born in the city of Waterdeep, He lived a quiet childhood alone with his Mother, a human Auriel who was a ship deckhand. Often he would spend his childhood at sea, he would take (Steal) Books so that he could be entertained and educated, he dreamed of one day attending a wizard academy, inspired by stories his mother told of his absent father who had been a Powerful adventuring Wizard who left his family in pursuit of secret lore of the realms. He grew up learning to tinker, from books he had read about how to repair objects upon the high seas, which made him a valuable member of his crew even at such a young age. At age 14 his life at sea would change, as his ship was attacked by a band of pirates. While they had been overcome in an would have their ship overtaken, they would kill Members of the crew who had been above deck in their initial attack. He and his Mother struck by an arrow, would deliver her gold pendant to Nehfir, a final gift from his father to her now in his possession, which upon let go of it, she drew her final breath before succumbing to deaths grasp. Upon Reaching the mainland he sought to seek his father out to learn of who he'd been and why he left his family. He researched his father needing to sneak his way into increasingly hidden libraries of Faerun. In this time to survive without a job, he turned to legerdemain, and pickpocketing and soon formulated a thieves band of abandoned adolescents who needed money aswell. He after committing months into research into finding his father, he learned his whereabouts may be in The far north of Faerune, and he would need to travel by sea to get there. he decided he could pirate a crew with his Band who had trusted his leadership; piracy and adventure could bring them great wealth if fortune were to be on their side. Though they successfully stolen a ship under the nose of the guard, he realized too late, he had little experience as a captain, nor did he truly understand how to sail; his ship would crash at sea by a wicked storm. Thought to have died, he soon awoke fished up by a fisherman though different, his body deformed and disfigured, battered by the sea's wrath, his lungs no longer breathed air, his heart hadn't pumped blood, and he could hardly Figure how he'd survived as none of his crew had survived he felt for his pendant, corroded and cracked, and recognized an arcane symbol from his studies of his father, it had been a amulet able to grant a 2nd life a to whom would wear it by providing an animating spirit to inhabit the body! An ironic twist considering his mother died giving this to him. Nevertheless, he wasn't truly alive, but Reborn with an unknown presence within him. The boat sailed him to Ice-rime, and he departed with much more valuables than he'd come with. He also had a map he'd come into possession of somehow of how to get to the ten-towns. He heads in tow the city, and is in the mood to let fate guide him

I like to have combat with a good amount of exploration and downtime in between. Also, a few puzzles here and there would be really cool.

CHARACTER IDEA: Felwin Helyore Boondiggles-Waggletop - is a Rock Gnome Bard who has tinkered with all of her instruments. (how exactly we can discuss ahead of time, but I imagine she's found way's to make things convenient - like a fold up tamborine/drum - hidden compartment on her lute - a dart in her wooden flute). From the family of the infamous "Boondiggles Trinkets", her parents were most disappointed when Felwin showed no interested in pursuing the family trade. Instead she spent most of her time performing, charming, and even deceiving others to get ahead. Her appearance comes across as cute, bright and friendly, which can often belie her true intention.
