We're a group of 5 that have recently finished Rime of the Frostmaiden (image to the party) that are looking for a DM to lead us on a new adventure! One of our group was DMing for us so we're hoping to find someone to take his place. It's a big seat to fill, because he's done an awesome job, but now he wants to join in the fun on the player side (instead of torturing us for weeks on end ).
About the group: We're a lively bunch that met while playing other video games, and have a lot of laughs every week. We don't take things too seriously at all and are willing to poke fun at each other without any fear of hurt feelings.
We're happy to do homebrew, as long as there is freedom for us to explore and pick up on the story threads that interest us. Although we know this takes a lot of work on the DM side, you'll get a group that's committed to following story beats through and are always excited to talk about what's next for their PCs or 'what if's.
Our firm requirements are that you want to run 5e, use Foundry, and can do Saturday afternoons or evenings. No paid games please.
