Would like to try this game

LFG to be patient and kind of teach me DnD. Im like 100% new to this and only know what ive read in the players manual. I have a character created. Would love to do a weekly? campaign thing I guess? in VC.

Hello. I’m new to dndbeyond but am familiar with the game. I would be more than happy to teach what I know and learn the ropes as well if you are interested. I suppose a little more information is required: availability days, how long you are available (I know for in person groups 3 hours is not uncommon) though one hour would be min, and generalized age if you would be willing to give that. I’m a male of 40+ years old. I do not need to know your gender, but I find it helps others to know their DM’s gender. I currently have evenings open except for Thursday starting at 6 pm pacific. Ok then, I’ve spilled all I have for now.

so i know as much about this game as ive read in the players guide. i havent gotten a group yet tho to practice or anything. for all i know the rules i know may be wrong or i misread them lol. i guess...im looking for a group over VC if possible? i doubt ill find a group near me XD
