You've seen Vecna and the Demigorgon on Stranger Things. You've heard it referenced on the news as "the new thing". You've caught people talking about Critical Role and maybe even saw that new series on Amazon Prime. In other words, you're ready to learn how to play Dungeons and Dragons.

Designed for those curious about role playing games, including Dungeons and Dragons, this session will take you through all aspects of the game. We start with the concept of a role playing game, the basic principles of Dungeons and Dragons (one of the most popular RPG's to date) and then into character design and basic combat. At the end of the session you'll be ready to sit in on your first full game and feel confident you can keep up with the action.

Disclaimer:  I generally do professionally run campaign length games, and will talk about them as options to continue playing after this session.
