Hello everyone I will be streaming a homebrew game of my creation known as Journey To The Shroud Isles, this will be a pirate-esc mix of exploration, mystery solving, high seas adventure, and the highly likely possibility of ship v ship combat! This ofc is all running of the base of 5e ruleset and classes with a tad bit of homebrew rules from yours truly. I will be allowing homebrew subclasses and races with approval by me, but not homebrew classes as to keep all the info I need to keep track at a manageable point. 

This game will be run every Friday Night at 8 Est to 11-11:30Est using Roll20 for maps and visuals and discord for voice and video. This will be streamed on Twitch under the Channel name TheCriticalCorne and I will be asking for decent quality mics and the willingness to use webcams so I can interact with your lovely faces instead of our many amine profile pics. This will be an 18+ game as I would like to touch on a lot of heavy themes that comes with pirates and swearing is almost always a certainty as Nat 1s lurk around every corner.

The Shrouded Isles is a Homebrew Exploration themed module set in the world of Aeras, A forever changing landscape where continents rise and fall within mere decades of time! The terrain of Aeras was left unstable due to an arcane denotation that happened approximately 700 years ago. Now is in an ever-shifting flux, islands going missing overnight, mountain ranges suddenly piercing through the land leaving nowhere safe to call home. So instead the peoples of Aeras have taken to life at sea, living on large moveable fort-like ships called Dwellers. These vessels can carry thousands of people across the sea at a time and are known as the few safe havens of Aeras as those stuck on them hope to one day escape from this unnatural hell. However as much as those who wish to simply sail away from these accursed lands want to, they have yet to find a way to escape, as the one part of Aeras that never shifts is the mountain range known as the Shroud. Its peaks pierce the skies above and any attempt to drill through or go under the range has been futile so far as the range is protected by a number of powerful monsters and strange magical effects. So as we pick up our story you few lost souls find yourselves standing upon the deck of the Midnight Rose; a smaller Dweller headed for an island called Paradise Peak. Also known as the one Island that mysteriously only shifts once every ten years, you have all responded to a contract sent out searching for those brave enough to face the depths of a nearby sea cave that has just shown up on the island's most recent shift. The reward isn't the highest you have all seen in terms of gold, however the most enticing part is the speculation of a potential underwater cave system leading out of Aeras. Is this a chance to potentially flee this shifting prison of land and sea? Come join and find out for yourself!
