I have been playing DND for a very long time, and I have always kept my games in the same world. This allows players that never knew each other to interact with each other and help build a world that I only help facilitate. Unfortunately, real life has prevented players from meeting up as easily as they once did. So, I'm considering running a series of one off games to help round out the stories that were not entirely finished. I believe strongly in player choice and helping to facilitate a fun, and story focused game. - If they became more or if the interest is to do more one or two session games. 

I play on Table Top Simulator - the steam version - and it would be somewhat essential to have in order to facilitate this. The Short Campaigns I have are the following.

The Sybils of Chak- 

- In a large city of a highly integrated Kingdom, an oppressed minority of orcs, goblins, trolls, and ogres have sided with an old druid named Chak, who holds designs on regrowing a forest for their god of nature. The act could be devastate the population, but the desperation of the downtrodden has called for extreme measures. (The group may be attempting to stop Chak, or followers of him).

The Shalestorm Riders

- Several years after a crusade of all willing nations defeated a monstrously evil mage and his followers that sought to destroy the world and rebuild it under their control, the world is at peace. But many evils that were created and used in that horrific conflict still roam the edges of the world. A group of foreign mercenaries unwilling to give up the fight are now experts at hunting those evils and ending these threats to these undead threats to the world once and for all.

The Seiche and Storm

- In a far away continent that was ravaged by civil war, pirates have fallen in league with a dark creature from deep beneath the waves and ravage the coast. A ruthless warlord has willingly utilized these pirates to weaken his adversaries so that he may take control of the continent. Agents of the other factions that now seek only peace look to expose and end the chaos that the warlord has thrived on.

Honestly, I think new players are great as they bring a fresh perspective with limited bias from the way other games have been played.
