If you're still looking for players, I'd love to join in. I've been playing on and off for 35 yrs. Most of that has been behind the DM screen. I'm looking forward to finding a group and being able to run an actual player character for once. Most of the games I've run/ gm'd have been long term games with progression from lower levels to mid/ high level.

I know you've gotten quite a few replies to this, but If you still are looking for players I'd like to throw my hat in the ring. I've got about 17 years of experience with D&D, granted most of that is as forever DM in Pathfinder as I've been unable to convince my friends to switch from the system they know. Truth be told the last time I was a player was the glorious days of THAC0 in a AD&D Dragonlance campaign. I've been looking to try and get into the player seat again recently, but I tend to prefer long form games. And finding one that is both still looking for players & not just a one shot or short term game is proving to be surprisingly difficult. I've tried my hand at Adventurer's league, but my LGS's way of playing is... much more Roll Play and "board game focused" for lack of a better way to put it, which just doesn't really bite at me.
I'd love the chance to play in another real campaign again, if you would have me. And have reached out via Discord as Magos Stigafel#6886 as instructed at the end of your post.
