  +++ SUMMARY +++

This adventure starts, as many mysteries do, with a body lying dead in the rain-swept city streets.

  An assassin, a mysterious journal, and an offer from a noble heir all lead the adventurers into the depths of the city. Eventually they will delve into an ancient ruin dating back to before the creation of the kingdom. Along the way, they recover lost artifacts and learn that their patron is not the only group interested in the item. And that is only their first quest! Rooftop chases, set-piece combat, and dangerous encounters aboard airships all appear in this grand world-spanning adventure, meant to stoke excitement in all who play.

 The medieval world of Eberron is a place of magic and monsters, where arcane energy is commonplace and greatly influences society and industry. The continent of Khorvaire, where this adventure is mostly set, contains skyscraping cities, elemental-powered coaches and carriages, and all manner of enchanted conveniences alongside traditional medieval surroundings. The world is changing, and powerful Dragonmarked houses exert control over much of the commerce in the world, their influence is not to be misjudged. On top of this, the effects of the Last War, which ended only four years ago, are still felt to this day. The world maintains a fragile peace, but things may be unbalanced at any time, such as through the discovery of powerful magical relics...
