(GMT) New-ish Player LFG!

Hello lovely people of the internet! My name is Ruth & I'm a 26 y/o gal from the UK who is looking to get back into D&D.

I'm relatively inexperience with the game, have been involved in one campaign a year or so ago which dispersed after a few sessions due to conflicting schedules and time restraints with other party members. However, in this quiet interim period, I've been squirreling away reading up on lore, reading rule books, and trying to prepare to come to my next table with somewhat more of an idea on how to contribute to the storyline in a meaningful way. I'm looking to join a group as a player in a 5E setting (as this is what I am most familiar with so far!)

I am free most weeknights nights except Wednesdays and ideally would be looking to play online from 7pm-10pm on these days, but I can also be free anytime at weekends.

I may not have a lot of experience and/or expertise, but I do have a lot of enthusiasm for the game and the prospect of making new friends throughout a campaign. Completely appreciate that taking me on in a group would require sort of taking me under your wing and teaching me what to do, but I can promise that I will always listen and am not in the business of chaotically bending rules to achieve god-mode. I also make a good cuppa.
