Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Either face-to-face or Online Experience: Veteran, but new to 5e (3 sessions). Willing to play with any experience level even intro games. Location/Timezone: Central NJ, ET Availability: Prefer Mon-Thu evenings, but weekends could work depending on time. Preferred role: Player Game style: I enjoy a moderate amount of role-playing coupled with working towards an objective. Prefer house rules to be identified up front and not learned during play.
I DM a D&D 5e game Tuesday nights 6:30 Central time, I had some players leave due to scheduling conflicts, and I'm looking to and another player or two. I think you could be a good fit, and I'd like to chat more about it. We run chat through discord, and combat through roll20.

Game: D&D 5e Group type: Face-to-face Experience: Veteran DM Location/Timezone: Jackson, New Jersey USA Schedule: 6:50 pm to 10:15 pm, every other Thursday night. Roles sought: Player Game style: We have an opening for a mature player in our long-term, in-person, called campaign called the Carpathian Adventure. Albeit with a lot of fantasy woven in, it is a gritty, semi-historical, low(er) magic campaign set in the early 14th century.
We're in our late 20s to late 50s. While age does not guarantee maturity, players must be 21+, and respectful of others' agency, boundaries and time.

Feel free to drop in. :) We are running the same way as Alastor, but if he works out that's fine too. I'm sure you'll have fun either way. :D

We use Meetup to organize our sessions. Here is the link to our group: https://www.meetup.com/7_Sided_Die/.
There is a lot of information on our Meetup. Here is a link to some campaign details: https://www.meetup.com/7_Sided_Die/pages/25001402/Carpathian_Adventure_Rules/.
There is no cost associated with joining the Meetup group, and sessions are free.
We are welcoming of l players new to D&D.
For fun, we "live" stream our sessions. To avoid what might appear to be gratuitous promotion, I will not reference the streams here.

Thanks.
