Game: D&D 5e Call of the netherdeep
Group type: Online 
Experience: Looking for people with at least a good understanding of D&D and the rules and mechanics.
Location/Timezone: discord (voice), dndbeyond (rolling and sheets) and tableplop (combat maps)
Schedule: Every tuesday from 11am to 2pm CEST. If that time works for you then you are welcome to apply. 
Roles sought: 1 player
Game style: I'd say 60% rp and 40% combat with some exploration. Combat also depends on player actions cause not everything has to be a fight. 
Classes already taken: wizard, Warlock, Bard and Barbarian. I do not allow for double classes.

Anything else you should know: We start playing this tuesday (september 6th) so its kinda last minute but someone backed out so. I personally know very little about Exandria and Critical Role. Only thing that has stuck with me was EXU: Calamity. As such I am still learning about the world and may change stuff as we are playing. Other then that I have about 4 years of DMing experience and 7 years of playing experience so I am not completely clueless on D&D itself XD

Hello, I'm interested in this campaign. 

My character is a variant human aberrant mind sorcerer who was experimented on leading to her latent psychic powers emerging. She also received a voice in their minds believing it to be an emissary from beyond that heard her cries as a child.The spirit helped her and her 'siblings' destroy and escape the secret cult, but the others are scattered across the lands. She now serves the being she hears in her mind to help find and protect her siblings. 

This is my second character choice. Maisha is a young Satyr woman who was born in the Feywild. She was the second born child of the Satyr King Mumundo and Queen Zuri, descendants of the moon goddesss Inya. She was the only child of the two who possessed their tribe's moon sorcerery abilities. Her elder sister Nyla was shunned and neglected for not possessing this unique power and denied her right to the throne, giving it instead to Maisha. Tired of the constant mistreatment, Nyla left the Ashan kingdom and was not seen again for 8 years. In that time, Maisha was spoiled heavily for her gifts as well as trained to be a proper successor to her parents. On the day of her coronation. Nyla had returned to her home with a team of orcs, Goblins and kobolds that laid seige to the castle, performing a cue against her own family as vengeance as well as to claim her right to the throne. She imprisoned her parents so they may watch as she rules her new kingdom with an iron grip. Maisha just barely managed to escape her the Feywild and escape to the forgotten realms where she went into hiding. She now works to free her kingdom and reclaim it as hers. My character is a human rogue named Arroyo. The backstory isn’t too detailed yet because I like to talk to the dm first and have a better understanding of their campaign settings and know if they want me to include anything specific in my backstory. The basic idea is that Arroyo lives with his family and they are very poor, at a very young age his older brother, Romeo  became a killer for hire and it didn’t take long for Arroyo to follow in his footsteps. They would hunt down bounties in secret because their parents wouldn’t be too fond of their new profession. Arroyo and Romeo developed quite a name for themselves and it was getting more and more difficult to hide it from their parents. As soon as they found out  Arroyo and Romeo were kicked out by their parents which actually caused them to start adventuring and hunting bounties in different areas. They were genuinely enjoying life until Romeo was brutally killed by (insert an important villain in the dm’s campaign here) Arroyo now restlessly tries to figure out why Romeo was targeted and who did it.

Well I am interested I have a Tiefling cleric by the name of Nami who has long black hair with midnight purple highlights and lavender skin, I am of noble birth yet I had uncovered a family secret that just might destroy them, I was caught doing so and now I must gain my families approval or else it might be the end of us all, yet everything I say or do tends to get me into trouble that doesn't bode well for the family name.

I also have a paladin named Drothar who's half elf parents were killed when he was young and he grew up in the church leading to a deep respect for religion and now that he has grown up he is going to leave the church in search of knowledge on more religions and in search of the person or thing responsible for their parents death.

He most often took shelter in mysterious deep dark cave that had script on it that taught him the ways of being a gloomstalker. One day he came a book of heros that inspired him to be a heroic adventurer

Razor/Lizardfolk Artificer/battle smith; Guild Artificer; Razor's clan was under the service of a dragon that enjoyed keeping arcane gadgets in his hoard. Razor was born prodigy of such gadgets so allowed him to tinker creat gadgets from his hoard. One day a group of adventurers came and slayed the dragon amongst these adventurers was a battle smith impressed by Razor's shoddy self taught work so Razor became an apprentice of the adventurer. Now after working enough to buy his freedom he is own adventurer that seeks acrew his own hoard of magic items as he wanders the land

Rithrwaren Fain (She/her): Human, Order of the Ghostslayer Blood hunter. A happy-go-lucky former performer. She grew up as part of a travelling performance caravan, where she learned and honed her craft as well as learning the basics to defend herself. She has left the troupe and is now travelling to have her grand adventure, though for now she's bouncing from town to town collecting rumours, doing odd-jobs and using her silver tongue to earn enough coin to stay the night in an inn.

Zirrana Thelini(She/Her): Shadar-Kai, Circle of the Stars Druid. A previously solitary hermit, that took comfort in watching the stars at night and divining their meaning during her days. She slowly became more concerned with her readings, seeing things that she felt she could help with with her knowledge. She came to the conclusion that it was time to leave her solitary life behind, to use her knowledge of the stars and natural magic to help people wherever she could.

Invei Therini (He/They): Aasimar, Light Domain Cleric. A fallen Aasimar, touched by shadow in their youth. Looking to reclaim his light through his actions and deeds. They pledged themselves to a light god in their desperation for the cleansing light that they can bring. He stayed and learned all he could from his temple, now having earned the right to venture out from it, they are now travelling to bring the light to others so that they may have the comfort of the light that he misses so much.

Thank you all for the replies. I have sent out an invite to someone. It was a hard choice to make because you all had good concepts. Made me tempted to run a second group but sadly I don't have the time for it. So hopefully I can welcome those of you who didn't make it to the table in the future should I run this campaign again.
