Hello, I am Nuke and I am a Game Master with 6 years of GM experience. I currently run four games each week all being pay to play games. Most of my experience is in Dungeon and Dragons, Star Wars Edge of the Empire, and the Genesys Generic RPG in that order. I am very fond of homebrew in my settings and game rules. I use many of my own rules in my D&D games. My game style is very heavy on role play and I often give my players time to talk to each other and NPCs. My combat is challenging to the players and will require some thought. Death is very much a thing in my games. I also run a sandbox game and what I mean by that is you choose where the game goes. I have in the past given my players a grand goal to achieve but how they go about achieving that goal is up to them. I am very fond of giving my players organizations to lead whether that be a mercenary company or a guild out to gain as much coin as possible.
This is a pay to play game at $15 per session per player, with weekly sessions, and the first two sessions are free. Payments will be sent using paypal.
Details: I am currently looking for players for weekly ongoing games on Monday, Saturday and Tuesday. The Saturday game is 1:00pm-4:00pm central, the Monday and Tuesday games are 7:00pm to 10:00pm central. Saturday and Tuesday are homebrewed campaigns that are focused around kingdom building. Monday is a west marches game that focuses on smaller adventures. I am looking to have 8 players in all my games, currently I have 3 or 4 in each. Below are more details on each campaign.
Level 9 Saturday Campaign: The land of Ayreneu is under attack by ancient fey creatures. The party uses this chaos to gain power. The Fey led by an ancient elf named Arohnia has covered the land in a magic fog that causes madness. The party now seeks to remove this fog and overthrow the three kings of Ayreneu.
This game is an evil party that seeks to conquer the land and gain power. While being evil it is expected that the party will work together and not be evil to each other.
Level 4 Monday Campaign: The isolated town of Swinewald acts as the only haven from the large swinewood forest and its many dark denizens. The party are mercenaries that spend their days drinking in the local tavern, the happy pig, until a job presents itself. Some jobs are simple, slay some goblins, capture a gang of bandits, while others are more extraordinary. Such as guarding an elven exploring through the ancients wastes to the east or hunting down a fallen star whose metal is said to make the most powerful of weapons.
This is a west marches style game. The players are not expected to play each week though they are welcome if they wish. Most games will be one complete adventure where they set out and return back to Swinewald each session, though some may last 2 or even 3 sessions. Players are welcome to have several characters which they can choose from at the beginning of a new adventure. What adventure you are playing each week will be decided by the players from a list of 3 simple ideas.
Example Ideas
A Great Monster blocks the southern road.
Undead roam the woods attacking the living.
A fallen star has landed in the swinewald to find it.
Level 11 Tuesday Game: The Duchy of Brevoy once shattered is not whole in a way. The three most powerful lords, Count Omar Penmarch, Count Theodore Bernadotte, and Count Diero Vasiliev have come to an agreement that the old duke's daughter shall choose the next count when she is of age. She is now only weeks away from adulthood and the three counts prepare for what is to come, whether that be war or peace. The party includes Count Diero Vasiliev and his closest allies. They seek to gain control of all of Brevoy.
My Setting: I use my homebrew world of Orbis but you will most likely never hear the worlds named in game. Overall it is a low magic setting, magic items are rare but powerful. Clerics are the most common caster; you will find others being somewhat rare. This does not limit what class/race player characters can be, the only exception being no warforges or artificers.
