New/beginner Player LFG, (EST) Free Evenings and Weekends

Game: D&D 5e Preferably

Location/Timezone: (EST) 
Availability: Weekday Evenings (after 5pm EST) and all day weekends
Preferred role: Player
Game style: Causal with a mix of combat and role playing

• Your level of experience: I have not specifically played D&D before, however I do play a lot of RPGs and "your choices affect the game" games as well as watch/listen to D&D shows. So I would need help with the character sheet, but I can hold my own in combat and have conversation with NPCs and other players

•  I am available online anytime after 5:00pm (EST) on weekdays and anytime on the weekends. 
• Again D&D is not new to me but I have not played before. So I am looking for something very causal or a one-shot or example to try out. I do not want to commit to anything long term, in case I do need to back out. 
• Also, looking for a DM and Group that will be patient with me as I learn D&D specific mechanics.
