Looking for 1-3 players, for replacements in ongoing campaign [closed]

We were a small group that got smaller due to schedule changes in players lives, super unfortunate. Players are at level 8 at current time of posting and are around the mid point of the campaign.

Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Online
Experience: We are all veteran players, but are open to all levels of play and do not mind new players at all. We also are an adult group and looking for 18+ 
Location/Timezone: I (GM) am in pst
Schedule: We play on Saturdays at 12pst and have around 3 to 5 hour sessions.
Roles sought: We are looking for 1 to 3 players. We are down to two players at current.
Game style: our playstyle leans into a roleplay themed table, but i do also enjoy building dungeons and puzzles. More often I try to avoid adding to much hack & slash style of play only adding it to the game when thematically appropriate (when the story leads to a big fight). As a GM I also would always say that power means nothing, make a character you want to play and I will balance the game to the parties builds. I like it when my players are having fun and not having to worry about party composition. We also have little issue with homebrew, I would just need to review it first just to look for any glairing balance issues.

So if you would like to play we would talk over discord and see if we are a good fit for you. We may even run a one-shot with everyone just to get a feel for everyone.

The campaign is in the Exandria world setting. At current playing on the continent of Tal'Dorei, and have a current quest thread that will lead the party to Issylra. New players will likely be given personal quest that will in someway connect the party to them.

Hm, sounds like something that could be interesting. 

I have a good amount of experience, having played for about a little over 2 years in 5E but had extensive playing time in the old 2E rules back in the day. I currently run two campaigns on Wednesday and Sunday, with both having plans to run long term (80+ sessions) and have a long game on Fridays as well. As for myself, I am well over the age of 18 so that is no problem there! As for my favorite race or class, this can be a bit tricky as I like most of them and have played a few as well. But if a favorite was asked of me, I would have to lean towards the Tabaxi or Dragonborn races, with a some love shown to the Yuan-Ti and Aarakocra races as well. Favorite classes are about the same, but again, having to choose one I would either stick with either Wizard or even Cleric with Druid bringing up the rear. Even throw some Monk in there as I have a soft spot for them as well! I have some characters that I have used in the past or have ideas for already in mind for these, though sometimes I pick what I play on party make up but always make sure to play something fun and interesting!

As for the Critical Role question, I never been a huge fan of them and never watched them honestly.

Hey, my name is Nic. I'm definitely well over the age of 18. I am in the EST Timezone. I have currently only played in one long term campaign. I play as a grave cleric and I absolutely adore her. However, I have played some oneshots and have plenty of character ideas to run with. I have been looking for an opportunity to play another campaign after the campaign I recently joined fell through. 

I've never played either, but I really appreciate the Changeling and Tiefling classes. I find them really intriguing. When it comes to a class, I really love a good Paladin, but I also have a strong love of Cleric and Barbarian.

I don't know that I can pick a favourite Critical Role character overall. However, from Vox Machina, my favourite character is Vex. Her connection with Vax and her connection with Trinket brought about some of my favourite moments from that campaign. Long live Trinket the Wonderbear! From Mighty Nein, my favourite character was Caduceus or Beauregard. I really appreciated how Caduceus brought the party a wisdom that they needed. And Beau's character development was a strong one. From Bells Hells, I absolutely adore Fearne and the chaos that she brings to each moment. Never know what she's going to do and I love it.

Hey this sounds awesome! I have been playing for about 2.5 years and love Critical Role a lot so this sounds right up my alley!

My favorite class is probably Eldritch Knight but I recently played an inquisitor rogue (inspired by Cerrit from Calamity).

My overall favorite character from Critical Role is probably Percy because Talisen plays him so well and I always found him to be a very interesting character with his backstory.

First of all, nice to meet you! My name is Essi and I'm currently 24 years old. In terms of player experience I started playing D&D4e about 4 years ago. Since then I've been playing in campaigns here and there (both 4e and 5e) and have DMed one or another game as well.

Ever since I've been exposed to the power that is Mollymauk Tealeaf, I really like Tieflings a lot (which is ironic since I never really get to play one). Overall I just really like reinventing my characters with every new game and trying out as many different personalities as I can so I guess my favourite class/race would simply be everything + Tiefling. :D

The attentive reader might have already noticed I definetly like Molly a lot, together with Caduceus he is my favourite character of campaign 2. My all time CR character, however, is Keyleth, as I can almost painfully relate to her character and yeah...she inspires me, what can I say.

my name is Jonny I’ve been playing for 2 years but have been pretty active in those 2 years. I play humans mostly when it comes to race but have branched out into gnomes and other PHB races. I usually play Barbarian if I need to fill a martial role and a Bard if asked to play a caster/support role. My favorite Crit Role character is a bit of a weird one as he only appeared in 2 sessions but it’s got to be Bertrand Bell I love the delivery Travis had with his lines and the final scene of his existence is one of my favorites. I first played AD&D with my Dad in the late 80s, then took a long break and have been playing 5e since the pandemic hit. My group broke up earlier this year (scheduling, of course).

my most common character build has been a human cleric so far, but I have Tqbaxi Ranger and Half-elf Warlock builds that I’m wanting to try out. 

I love all of the Mighty Nein but if I have to pick one, Caleb. Laundna is my favorite member of Bell’s Hells. I have not watched campaign one but it’s on my list of things to get to at some point!

Hello, I am a fairly new player but have watched C2 of Crit Role. I was part of a campaign a couple months ago but sadly the party disbanded due to schedule conflicts. I'm very eager to get a campaign going that will, hopefully, last years. I played a druid in my last campaign and a paladin in a one shot I was a part of. Heya, my discord is ViperLadon#7580, I have a little experience with playing dnd, but I would consider myself still new. I have multiple characters I have made already and even more ideas. I'm available most days, especially on weekends. I'd love to pop in and meet people and see if I am a right fit for a group member and if the group is also suitable for me.

I'm very interested in investing in a long-form group/campaign. I spend a lot of time-consuming DnD content and making characters, but I don't know anyone who plays it. So I thought I would try to remedy that by looking at these forums. :D

I like a balance of combat and RP, but if there is more of one than the other, I would probably lean toward combat-intensive campaigns. If it was in person, I think RP becomes even better, so I would lean that way, but since online is my only option to play, I lean towards combat, but equal parts are best.

I don't mind answering more questions on discord either, through text or voice coms; either is fine. :)
