Most people come here for an apprenticeship, a stepping stone on their ways to grander futures. Others come to see the place where the raiding Warlord Coritey met his end at the hands of a stolid group of adventurers and follow in their footsteps. - We generally move at a slower pace here, which is great for working people, parents, and others who want to spend plenty of time offline. If you're rping, try to wrap up your scenes before bed, but don't feel obligated to respond within minutes.
- Time dilation is 1:2, aka every irl day equals 2 days in-game.
- This is a generally good town with good people. If you plan on playing Chaotic Stupid or Evil characters, be aware you may face consequences if you don't have tact/finesse.
- Raider's End is set on the northern edge of a large landmass with a variety of biomes. Most of it is not planned out to allow for greater player and DM agency in planning and location. Have fun with it!
- If you are feeling uncomfortable or threatened and you need a modteam member's help in-game for out of game reasons, your character can call for a Protector character to help you sort it out and support you.
