I am looking to play 5e as a player since I was a DM from 1985-1994. BECMI is what I know and 5e is what I want to try. That said, I am looking to play 5e as a player or run a BECMI campaign. I'll leave it to those I correspond with as to whether I should play with them as a player, run a 5e campaign, or, run a BECMI campaign. Shoot, I'll even try being a player for a BECMI campaign. And if you are unsure, here is my definition of a DM: The DM ensures that all players are having fun, or, otherwise enjoying themselves, and no player is left out in the cold. Right, no DnD Doge sob stories here, everybody has fun. I have no interest in DMs talking about how they run things for themselves. Blah. No, DMs provide a service, man up and act like it. Give a fair challenge and party with your party. Like I said, message me if interested. Replies to this post will be ignored as these fall outside the forum rules.
