Looking for DM to run a game for my family

Game: D&D 5e

Group preferred: Online  

Experience: mixed, from totally new to some experience

Availability: weekends, CST, 3 hour or longer session, preferably between noon and 8pm

Preferred role: DM 

Hi! My family has recently become interested in TTRPG and have built character sheets, now we just need someone to run a campaign for us. I'm experienced, I played in the 90s with books, dice, pencil and paper, but I'm familiar with dndbeyond now as well. We prefer a mix of rp, mystery/adventure, character building and hack and slash. I have to say my adult children are more fond of combat, but we still manage to pull it off and have fun.

VTT and discord for voice is what we're used to, but open to change if it makes sense.  

Looking for a long term play, can possibly run a day or two during the week, but most definitely available on weekends.

New to D&D but absolutely love it and have already been DMing sessions for my family as well.  I really like the narrative aspect of DM'ing & having to adjust on the fly as the PC's do something unexpected.  Makes me test & improve my improv abilities lol.
