Greetings! I go by Lorsil. Thought I'd try my luck here. Hoping to find a text group that may kindly take me in.

I'm a 32-years old player, looking back on 5 years of experience with D&D 5E and Roll20. And I'm looking for a live-text (not pbp!) campagin that uses battlemaps and character tokens. At best, I'm hoping to find a game that is balanced between having character roleplay, a story plot, and at least one battle encounter per session. Homebrew settings would be totally fine.

That said, I almost solely play draconic characters, such as half-dragons, or beast characters such as Gnolls, since those are my passion. And I take care of playing them maturely and sophisticated. (Any group doesn't have to be Furry for me, although if they were, I would have no hard feelings one way or the other. The game should just be mature, please.)

Here are some role examples I would gladly be playing: Knightly or noble characters who can handle diplomacy, a wandering supportive lizard wizard, a healer to some extend, or a daredevil mercenary Gnoll.

Best would work a DM who allows for character flavoring within reasonable limits, for the aforementioned character ideas. Also, I'm a bit used to more grim or mature campaigns.

My timezone is GMT+1 (Germany) (I'm free almost any day, at 8pm my time. I would be fine to play with a group from the US, if it works.)
