Campaign Hook
The Games have a beginning, one that's thousands of years ago. They had a purpose at that time as well. The story goes that the Gods selected heroes from each nation, hosting a grand competition to determine who among them was the bravest, the boldest, and the most worthy.
While no God has been seen or heard from in quite some time, the Games remain a staple of society today as a time-honored tradition. There had been whispers that another draft was being held, but the timing of these things is often kept secret to protect the identity of the candidates. Lest they be tempted in ways that would taint their heroism. The oracles who can commune with the Gods' intention must have given word to the Commission because you received your draft notice yesterday.
Campaign details
The main campaign will be one arch that I suspect will last 6-10 sessions
Players will start as Level 3 characters with a government issues magic item
Levels will advance on milestone
The campaign will be hosted on Roll20 / Discord (There's a possible mid-campaign foundry switch but I make no promises)
Aiming for 3-5 players

I can do most every night, just can’t start before 5:30-ish and I can’t go much past 10 on mon, tue, wed, thur, or Sunday.
