Hi folks, I've been DMing campaigns for about 6 years now, and I'm looking for a couple new faces for a group I'm running I can answer any questions about the campaigns over text. I always like to talk to folks for a bit before hand to make sure they are a good fit for a group. I've been running games for years now and being LGBTQ friendly and conscious of mental health issues is an absolute must for my players. I and many of my players are neurodivergent as well and it is important to have a mutual understanding of this, even if it is not a shared experience. I have a lot of trans players in my groups, because of this an understanding and respectfulness of pronouns is a requirement.

I should also mention I like to personally aid during character creation. I also have a depth of resources I provide during character creation, no books required before hand. I can try to answer any questions folks have in the comments, or you can private message me here or on discord my tag is MacroWave#7697.

A few requirements for the campaign unfortunately are:
An audio source such as earbuds or a headset.
A computer that can run the web browser Chrome (Firefox should suffice),or a tablet (tablet support should work but is not guaranteed)
Discord
A monitor no smaller than 1366x768 is recommended (not sure of the exact measurement.)
Spare hard drive space. (Doesn't have to be much, nothing will be asked of you to download but the features on the app we use requires temporary storage).

Also because this became an issue with previous posts, simply being added and talking to me does NOT equal an invite to the group. I like talking to players for a while to assess if they are a good fit to the group. Reaching out does not guarantee a spot. I will communicate if you have been invited

Hiya! I'm Nico, 26. I have a small amount of experience with actually playing D&D, a fair amount of exposure to it (played several games using D&D or at least D&D based systems, and I've seen enough crit role to cement my understanding of some basic mechanics) and absolutely 0 exposure to spelljammer whatsoever, What could possibly go wrong? For playstyle stuff, I love making weird things work, I've played Solasta on steam with my old D&D group, and played a 18 con wizard with med armor and shield proficiencies, and had an ongoing love affair with the grease spell, and touch actions. I'm pretty sure actual tabletop rulesets make stuff like that not really feasible, but that's the kind of stuff I get a kick out of. That said I'm usually happy to fill most roles in party based games, because the way I see it it's better the experience content as a character you like about 75%, than not see it at all cause you're a group of 6 fighters lying dead in a necromancers basement, but man do you love that fighter. As for the tech requirements, I've got all that, and for the other preferences, I'd rather share if you message me about the group, rather than publicly, as I'm still new to some of the more sensitive stuff.
