Hello, I often go by PUN, I am 26, I use the They/He pronouns. I live in Texas with my two cats. I have been playing Dungeons and Dragons for about half my life. I have been a Dungeon Master for over 7 years. I have been a professional Dungeon Master for just over two years now. I started out in 4e and quickly moved to 5e where I picked up DMing for my small group of friends. It has been one of my biggest passions and greatest joys being able to make an amazing story with those sitting across the table or, in more recent times, screen.
My GMing style is a bit more laid back than most I have experienced in my day. I hate the feeling of the DM being against or "beating" the players. My goal is to build a story with and around the player in my game. If you are not having fun then I am not having fun.
I love a good roleplay heavy session. I have a couple of voices that I can do but don't make fun of me for slipping in and out of them! I am a super laid back and a "will of the players" type GM. The "rule of cool" is something I live by, I may allow something to happen just because I deem it cool. I sometimes twist or bend the rules to make a game more fun for both the players and myself. I mostly run a homebrew game but love running more sandbox modules such as Out of the Abyss.
What to expect.
Payment for games is as follows: $80 paid before the end of the month to be allowed to play in the next month of games. We only play 4 times a month allowing me to take a break on any month that has a 5th day of the week that we play on.
I know $80 a month can sound steep to play D&D but that is $20 a session for the four sessions we play together. I put a lot of time and energy into making these games enjoyable for you and tailored to each group. This is my full time job so I can focus on my games and only my games. I also have reviews of the players I currently have in my games to help attest to the fact that this game will indeed be worth the price tag.
I have one group that has been playing 2.5 years, they are level 16 with homebrew boons, and they are about to finish their game. We still have four of the original players and are about to reach the end of our story. The one thing all games want is to make it to a satisfying end, with my games we are able to do that with consistency. People that pay into the games are more likely to put quality time into them and make sure they are there. So we miss far fewer sessions and are able to make it into the long term. I have two games in the tier four of play and several in tier three.
All races and classes in official Wizards of the Coast published book are free game to use. I am even open to allowing UA/Homebrew as long as it has been submitted and approved by me before session 1 begins. We will be using roll20 for maps and combats, discord for voice chat, and D&Dbeyond for character sheet upkeep and rolling. There is an extension (beyond20) that allows you to roll on D&DBeyond and it port it over to roll20 and I have found it to be super effective. So that will be used as well.
We will work together to build backstories that tie into the world. This allows for more immersion into the story. We will discuss what type of game we are all wanting to play, where and how we wish to start, and if any of our characters have connected backstories. With this completed we can go into the first session with a running jump.
The first actual session and getting you set up into the game is free.
Parting words
I understand that paying money to play this game can sometimes be off putting. But when you consider the man hours I put into creating an immersive campaign story for you to play, D&Dbeyond content, as well as other purchases I make to run a great campaign, it is almost nothing to pay for the numerous hours of enjoyment that you will receive in return. It not only assures my level of commitment but the other players as well. If you are concerned at all about my quality as a Dungeon Master I have 23 players currently paying for my games, and dozens more, that I have played with in the past, who would vouch for my ability.
I do require my players to be 18+, this allows for more mature topics to be discussed, but other than that all are welcome to apply. I can work with any skill level from the just watched CritRole (or other D&D media) and want to play to the old timers playing since before I was born. Something I have to add is, be open to constructive criticism, old players and new alike, we are playing a collaborative storytelling game together. If someone has an issue with something that happened we should be able to settle it as adults. If that is not something you think you can do I ask that you please find another game. If you can, then I will welcome you with open arms to our (virtual) table.
I also have a contract of basic understanding to review and sign for players who decide this is the right fit for them. Which of course isn't signed until after their first session and they decide to stay with me.
Check out this link for review from my players currently in my games:
If you have made it this far in the post I commend you. I hope to see you at the table playing alongside me in this amazing new adventure. Bonus points if you can name the nine villains who rule the lands.
If you are at all interested in playing a game with me please respond to this post with the following:

The Forsaken Province is a land of magic and mayhem, where stories aren't always told in the way you might be used to. The heroes don't always win, the villains aren't always what they seem to be, and happily ever after is long sought after yet always so far away. The land is split into Nine Lands, each ruled by who in our world are known as the villains of their stories. They banded together long ago to tear themselves from their stories, along with the other inhabitants, to create a world that they ruled over. They stripped people of their identities, banned magic, and cut the world into chunks for each villain to rule. For a while things were fine. Each villain with their land to rule and people to control there was peace. Until, as all villains do, they began to get greedy. Fighting over land, resources and control. The more effort that was put into fighting each other was less they could put into controlling the world. Heroes started to rise up, magic became more common, and most importantly villains began to lose.
This is where our party begins their story. As the world teeters on the balance of good and evil, it is their job to decide which way it falls. Players in this story can play anything their imagination comes up with. Play that fairy tale prince or princess your inner child has always wanted. The knight in shining armor, who may not be so bright but loves his friends. Get your Mad Hatter on or even a character out to end a curse on their name. Anything your heart desires. I am sure we can find something to make this game your happily ever after.
About the Games.
The Forsaken Province is something inspired by the TV show "Once upon a time." and all the fairy tales I grew up reading and watching. I had this idea a while back and the world has already exploded to life! I want to allow the players to help build a fantastical world with a rich variety in player characters. I have allowed everything from Mimic wizards to even breaking the one rule of the world (no humans), so know I am open to any crazy character concepts you might have. Especially with this new world. I really want to allow the players to raise their creative flag and let it fly.

Tuesdays game is a story that started right after the release of Fizban's. Thus it is a dragon centric campaign. The story revolves around the party as they perform tasks for a dragon who happens to be the child of the current ruler of the land. Maleficent the Queen of the Fey is dying. Her brood vying for her power and our party has travelled to the fey wild to find a friend in need. They are at level 10 with one homebrew boon.

This game is a brand new game! They just got to level 2 and are starting their adventure out. Their ship was destroyed in a storm and they washed up on the rocks. Some of their crew turned into weird jelly creatures. They believe it to be the work of something in the water. So they are trapped until they can figure out a way of the island. Luckily for them, while on watch someone saw they search lights of a vessel in the water. Are they searching for them? Are they hostile? They do not know. Come find out with them!

This game is one of grandiose storytelling. The characters are learning about the stories around them. They seek the heroes of the heroes to help them fight a deity brought into this world from another plane. They just met the Cheshire King and are about to be taken to the Province Pride. Having just set up Cinderella on the throne of the Land of Our Lady, the party is moving onto the world stage and becoming more and more powerful. They are level 10 with 2 homebrew boons.
Statera is the first world that I built! It is built around the concept of balance. Everything has its counter balance and there is no good or evil. Destruction brings new growth. New growth leads to new death. A cycle of endless life and death brought about by the creation goddess Io.
Eons ago there was only Io. Io and the void. Then all at once She breathed into the void, creating all of the planes and everything in them. Of these creations, She grew an undeniable fondness for the Material Plane. Io would often visit and mingle with her favored creations on the material plane. This was the age of peace though it did not last long at all before some beings saw this and became enraged. These beings sought power to maybe impress the Goddess of All Things, which eventually led to the Great Rebellion.
Io gave herself up during the rebellion, birthing the twins, Tarrum and Issuit. Though this act of humility did not end the war, only spurred it further. The Twins waged war against the deities that rose up and began a redoubled effort against them. It wasn't long before they won and turned their forces to each other, thinking themselves the rightful ruler of the plane. The chaos that ensued from the twins fighting nearly destroyed everything. But luckily the plane had a group of fabled heroes to lock away the twins on the border of the ethereal. Where their war could continue unending, but not effect the plane.
Things since then have been peaceful, balanced even. But all cycles come to an end when something comes to disrupt the balance.

This party is level 7. We join our party in the underdark as they traverse the dangerous landscape in search of a stolen artifact to return to the king of the land. But mysterious deities and omens point to more going on just bellow the surface. They will continue this path and find the relic, or they will fail. They are chosen, but the question is, chosen by who?
Ravnica is a City Plane of endless possibility. What will our operators learn about the city as they go about their way. This game is going to be centered around a pod of Dimir Operators as they traverse the 10th district and learn the secrets of the world. You can be anything from a Rakdos performer, an Izzet scientist, a Golgari necromancer, a Boros legionnaire, or anything your heart desires.
Ravnica has a lot of in-depth lore that you do not need to know to join this game. All the information you need to play will be given to you before we play or as we get started! But knowing about the world shouldn't keep you from joining either. I have changed a few things up and made the story my own. I am so excited to play with you please keep reading if you are at all interested.
Sunday 2pm-5pm CST
