Game: D&D 5e
Group preferred: Online
Experience: 13 years for me, but for the players having read the phb is enough.
Game style: Homebrew dungeon crawl in a lore rich world. Fit for both note-taking nerds and people who want to kill some stuff. There still will be a story, so it is not a "bring a new character every week" type of deal.

A tiefling, who says his name no longer matters, claims that the task at hand is of utmost importance. He has found a lost prison deep beneath the ocean and he claims that unless the damage done to the heart of the structure is fixed, horrors beyond mortal imagination will be freed.

He is willing to offer to anything you might want as reward! Gold, power, miracles... whatever it is that you desire! He can summon down riches like no one has ever seen!

Not convinced? Eh, it was just a courtesy to offer a reward anyway. He will take people that look like they can handle some horrors and throw them at the doors of the prison. At that point, they have two choices: Enter the prison, or drown while trying to swim out.

Some extra information:

Most likely will be starting at level 5, with lenient ruling on many things. We are here to have fun.

16+ people only. There will not be any adult themes but I do not want to deal with children. 

Game will be run on roll20 and we will use discord for communication. You can however make your sheet wherever you want to as long as I can see it.

Sessions will be 3-4 hours. 

I might allow light homebrew.
