Looking For a DM for my playgroup 18+

Hello all my name is Luke, I have a really solid playgroup of 5 players (myself included) aged 23-28 that are all ready to go. I’ve been the groups dm for a bit over a year and a half at this point and I’ve just become too busy at this point to continue dming at a quality that I would want to give my players. We’re all friends irl but we came to the conclusion that we wanted to find a dm. We would normally start around 5/6pm PST and go for 3-4 hours. I have the most experience by far as the rest of the group stared playing with our most recent campaign. I can pretty much guarantee you that this group will be extremely fun and entertaining to play with! Here’s a little bit of what we as a play group are looking for:

• A committed and reliable dm who is punctual and will communicate clearly when late or needing to cancel a session
• A dm who will play virtually over discord and use battle-maps
• A campaign that revolves around 50% rp and 50% combat
• A homebrew world/adventure capable of incorporating our characters backstory and immersing us into the world
• A quick thinking dm who can adapt and is open to us trying things that might not be specified rules (ex someone throws down a bucket of water on a group of 3 enemies and then a player combos and hits with lightning, the hit target takes damage as normal and the other 2 are effected by chained lightning due to the water and take half damage)
• A dm that doesn’t hold back because we wont either >:]
• A dm who is 18+
