This is a multiversal game, wherein you will be hopping between several of the realms of D&D (including, but not limited to): Toril, Oerth, Exandria and Ravenloft.
The worlds are coming to an end. You must come together and search for locations where the boundary between these realms is at the thinnest and stop the agents of evil from weaking the boundary even more, shunting away the world from the reach of everyone... forever.
