We play using Discord, D&D Beyond and FoundryVTT (virtual table top, similar to Roll20). None of these require anything but a good computer and internet connection.

The games are once per week, on Sundays 20:00-23:00 UTC+3 (4 party members currently. Party on level 5: Druid, Rogue and two Rangers.)
