Setting:

Welcome to the world of New York 2030, a city of danger, promise and, above all, magic. Millenia ago, the world was one where spell casters walked freely, forging their own paths and becoming legendary heroes in their own right but, as science progressed, the world changed. Those without power soon grew to resent those with it and before long, war seized the world. After many years, it appeared that all traces of magic had been destroyed, but all was not as it seemed. Forced underground, the magic creatures and users of the world formed their own society, hidden in the shadows. As the mundane society advanced, so too did theirs, but when you have no choice but to rely on secrecy, social norms change. For new mages now, the world would look very much like one from a crime thriller. Clans and organisations run the world and few can act without the backing of one of these ‘Lords’. New York, the city at the centre of the world’s ley lines and the magical capital of the world, is worse than most.

But beware the Vindice. Any step out of line, any hint to the mundane that magic still exists, and you will never be seen again.

I have about 5 years of experience with both hb and preset campaigns mixed. I normslly enjoy roleplay above roll play altough I enjoy both a ton.

I usually play somewhat morally heavy characters such as Paladins/clerics and druids. I've also play morally grey characters if the campaign determines it to be necessary!
