Looking for group AUS/NZ

Hi folks, my partner (M33) and I (M36) are looking for a DnD group.

We’ve played half a campaign previously which dissipated when the DM and another player moved away, and they rarely had time to do online sessions (it’s been 4+ months between each session). We have done a few sessions via Zoom, but are open to other platforms for online sessions.

This was our first experience with DnD, but I have played multiple DnD based PC games (BG1, BG2, etc) and read multiple Forgotten Realms books.

I work shift work, so can’t commit to a set regular time each week / fortnight, but I’m still very flexible for when we can do sessions and keen to play as often as able.

The group doesn’t strictly need to be from Australia or New Zealand, but we’re east coast of Australia (AEST/AEDT) and it would probably be easier for time zones to be similar.

Hoping to find a group for 5e / homebrew, and LGBTQ+ friendly.

Hey I’m keen. I’ve never played before and seriously struggling to find anyone to play with the learn.
