Started dabbling with D&D a year ago and tried to get groups started in an effort to play. Most of them fell apart for scheduling conflicts. Though I am still rather new to the game, I've spent a good amount of time reading 5e material and have corrected some veterans on a few mechanics and rules, so I can't be too clueless I imagine (or so I hope).
I'd prefer an in-person game, but happy to play via online resources. My schedule is relatively flexible, generally open most weekday evenings and weekends, and I'd be willing to drive as far as Phoenix for a game once a month if it came to it.
As for preferences, I'm still new and 5e is what I know. I am willing to learn other game editions or mechanics (such as Pathfinder) if someone has the patience to teach/work with me on them as we play. I'm generally good at reading a crowd and finding a niche. Not into super hardcore role-playing but I enjoy mixing in role-play with the rest of the casual banter. Overall, I'm looking for something that is going to be fun for myself and everyone I would be playing with.
Anyways, not getting much luck finding anything the way I'm going at the moment so figured this can't hurt. Thanks again
