Hello, I am a 45 year old transgender woman who is looking for a DnD group. I have been playing roleplaying games since I was in grade school. For almost the last decade I have been the DM for my kids and their friends. I am excited to get the chance to be a Player Character again. And that means that I am happy to play in pretty much any campaign setting. I would love to start with a low level character but am comfortable with any that works with the group and the campaign.

You could network at the monthly Dmv dnd meetups (on meetup or discord). The next Looking for game HH is at Boardroom in arlington va on Feb 15 and they have one March 6th at Rocketbar in Chinatown (pre awesome con event but open to all). There is also a dnd meetup in Silver spring on a Saturday at 2pm on Feb 17th.

Also, DC Gaming has a speed DMing event in cleveland park on Feb 21st. Multiple DMs run multiple one shots as well. These are hosted a few times a year.
