The Springport Council on Heroic Deeds (or the SCHD for short!) has agents spread throughout the world which wordlessly watch over the undertakings of those individuals seeking to proclaim themselves a hero- and every 5 years, this committee organizes a skills contest and competition which attracts only the best of the best! The committee has chosen Newholm for this year's competition, and in just a short time the city will play host to participants and onlookers from all over the world in a variety of events from jousting, to track and field, to archery, wrestling, and so much more!

Whispers and hushed voices in the corners of the Inns, and around other gathering spots about town, tell of a monstrosity as tall as the sky and created from the screams and dreadful panic that rises in the hearts of tortured travelers, which lurks on the high mountain passages of the North Road. Make sure to stop, prepare, and rest at Warden’s Command before making the climb up the mountainside for only a true Hero could prove victorious against such a giant adversary.
