Experience Level: Intermediate with 5th Edition (have yet to dip a toe into the other editions). Been playing since 2015 with an on and off schedule with the majority of my experience happening through westmarches with 2 prior irl campaigns that have since reached their conclusions.
Pronouns: she/her
Character Idea(s):
1) A forest gnome named Agatha Thorn who is turned into a Hexblood by a coven of green hags within their home forest. Becoming a Artificer Alchemist with the knowledge of herbs and medicines as an apothecary.
2) A earth genasi named Black Opal whose face has been chiseled off and sold to settle family debt. It now sits as an art piece within a museum that they hope to steal back as a Rogue Thief.
3) Trio characters - A vampire (Dhampir) and a zombie (Reborn) get into an argument over 'is water wet?' sort of discussion. It escalates into a fight wherein they throw hands and wind up biting each other. Now they have to teach each other how to survive as their respective species. Additionally, there is their Lich Boss' living phylactery (Hexblood) that the vampire and zombie must keep fed with souls and protect from the adventuring group tasked with killing the Lich as they roam the lands. The Lich themselves acts more like an exasperated parent who keeps an eye on them through a raven familiar. The familiar tags along with the Unholy Trinity with the same attitude as a tired, chain-smoking Uncle trying to ensure they don't get themselves killed.
A little description about you and the day you'd prefer between the two options: I am 26 years old and I have played every class at least once (but not every subclass) and found that I lean towards Healer first as a cleric if there isn't one present in the party. Then dps second as a multiclass of a bloodhunter/genie warlock if the stats can support it. I enjoy rp'ing characters who can crack a bad pun or joke and can ride the tides of chaos in a sort of 'madness to the method' attitude. I find that it helps loosen me up and be more open to socialize (because I am a hermit who does not like to my cozy shell called a home) than playing into the serious and brooding characters who I find a bit more difficult to jive with.
And before I forget, my timezone is CST in the U.S of A (daylight savings time ended last sunday) and I would prefer Monday. Hope you have a good day and your campaign goes well.
Experience level: I have only played one game of about 2-3 hours with some friends and would like to get some more experience. I have read most of the rules.
Characters: I have some characters already made in the dnd beyond app. My favourite is a untrusting dwarf who is a former military officer with respect from most soldiers. Honor is the most important for him after survival. He is a hill dwarf druid paladin.
My time zone is CET and the day doesn't matter. I prefer 3.30pm-6.00pm on tuesdays and later on mondays.
I've been playing for less than a year but I'm relatively well-versed in the game
I have several characters the one I would use for this is a big blue minotaur barbarian named Babe He's just a simple boy who wants to help people and/or earn money to support his adoptive Halfling family
Not sure if you’re still looking for players, but myself and a friend (both in our 30s) are currently looking for a Monday night EST game.
My discord is tylana
I am very experienced, I’ve been dming for almost 10 years and playing since 3.5 was the new thing.
I am comfortable with she/her or they/them pronouns, my friend uses exclusively she/her.
I have a character I am very interested in playing, who is a Halfling Swarmkeeper Ranger/Circle of Spores druid. Her backstory of course is equal parts tragedy and comedy. My friend is pretty open to filling in wherever she would be needed for the party comp.
A bit about myself: I’m 34, work as a full time medical receptionist, and have two cats. I fall somewhere under the LGBTQ umbrella, but I don’t really make a big deal of it. I enjoy playing all manner of table top games, and read a bunch. I do enjoy playing mmos sporadically as well. Monday would be the best day for me as I am off work at a more reasonable hour on Mondays, but if we played a bit later on Tuesday, that would work as well. Thank you for your consideration :)
Hi! not sure if you're still looking but i'm part of a group of 5 looking for a DM to run a bi-weekly Monday night game for us. We're a long term group who's prior DM got too busy and then were ghosted by the replacement. :-( We've been together for over a year and love building interconnected characters and stories. If you're interested feel free to reach out on discord: Magpyetwo
