Hi! We’re two players (F20s and M30s) looking for a long-term game to join.
We’re both experienced with 5e, equally happy with homebrew, partial homebrew, or module games, and any setting. One thing we are looking for is a game with a heavy emphasis on roleplay and character growth, as both of us like to put a lot of effort into character backstories and having them incorporated into the game to some extent.
Both of us are familiar with Roll20 and D&DBeyond/Beyond20 and are looking for games that use these platforms as well as Discord for voice.
Our availability is pretty flexible; Saturdays would be ideal, but we’re also available during the evenings Tuesday-Thursday. We’re in GMT and GMT+1 time zones, but able to play until late for any EST/CST based groups. Anywhere from 7pm GMT/2pm EST to 3am GMT/10pm EST on weekdays, no time constraints on Saturdays.
If it sounds like we’d be a good fit for your game, comment below and I'll reach out. Hope to hear from you!
Howdy! If you are still interested in playing a game I have games scheduled for Monday Tuesday Wednesday, if you're interested feel free to DM me either on here or on Discord at yourdmdnd

The only way to do great work is to love the work you do.
Still pondering next steps but we've had our Saturday group dwindle recently where we're down to 3 players from the original 6 and could potentially do with getting to know more people.
Group:
We are UK based and run Saturdays 14:00 - 23:00 weekly with probably an hour for dinner somewhere in there. Outside of sessions we do have a space set up on Discord for generic updates / coordination / group discussions / private character development. Two of the 3 remaining players are relatively character development heavy and the GM is doing a pretty good job of working with us on that.
The party is a long running campaign which has just had characters hit Level 11. We ran through Tomb of Annihilation initially but have since left Chult for Waterdeep where we are busy trying to establish a base of operations for our long term objective. Dealing with the 21 shiny boxes we looted from the bottom of the Tomb before finding out what the things were. Not sure if the GM regrets leaving those Phylacteries there or not yet!
The DM and players have known each other for a few decades now though the campaign started during COVID. Problem solving we're more talk / stealth than murderhobo but combat happens. If nothing else that's the "standard" route to gain XP for 5e. We're currently a Vengeance Paladin/Hexblade Warlock + Celestial Sorceror/Warlock + Swashbuckler Rogue. A few retired characters will be present in our base of operations.
We're not playing this Saturday (9th), were aiming to have a session on 16th and then probably skip until January. Since Discord names seem to be handy for contact I use

I run a heavy story driven campaign (homebrew)(online)
Also lots and lots of opportunity for RP
Fully developed world, lots of cities. loads of NPC's to interact with. Rich and deep storyline and sub plots etc.
I always work my players characters back stories into the story line to make them more vested in the world.
Its a long term campaign can run well over 1 year+
