New D&D Player trying to learn

Looking to get into and learn D&D because I was invited to play with some coworkers. If anyone could invite me to a game and show me how to play a bit so I kind of have an idea what I'm doing when I play with my coworkers that would be awesome

I've been thinking about organizing a DnD 101 on Discord followed by a 1-3 pt. game to get people's feet wet.  Not til January, if you're interested?  Totally free, of course.

I'd be interested, it would give me a little time to learn more about my character. I appreciate it
