Game: D&D 5e - I am offering the group the choice of either Descent into Avernus or Dragonlance: SotDQ
Group type: Online
Experience: I starting playing D&D back in 2020, and very quickly found myself in the DM's seat. Since then I have run 6 successful campaigns, including a multi-year, 100+ session homebrew campaign. I have over 4k hours logged on Roll20. I have run both of the offered campaigns before, and I am quite excited to revist these stories.
Location/Timezone: I am from the UK, Scotland specifically.
Schedule: I have a number of time-slots available to host a new campaign at the weekend. Unfortunately my work schedule does not allow me to host anything during the week. If you are interested in a weekend campaign we can discuss what time best suits the group. I am open to either a weekly or bi-weekly campaign depending on the groups preferences. Also don't worry if you are from the US or a similiar time-zone, I am quite used to running games into the wee hours of the morning if you are looking for an evening game, so feel free to apply and we will work out who, what and when as we go. If there is enough interest, I may run both campaigns if we can find appropriate times that work for everyone.
Roles sought: 4 - 5 Players (I am comfortable with as many as 6, but 4 - 5 is the sweet spot)
Game style:
There will be combat (obviously) as this is an official adventure book, but ample opportunities for RP will be inserted where ever possible. I have a small curation of homebrew rules that groups I've DM'd for have enjoyed using, and you as the players can decided which of them you would like to use or not use, to have the game that best suits your preference. I also use some custom character creation rules which are simple to implement, but allows players to maximise the creativity of the character they are using while not being restricted by the mechanics of the 5e system. (Too many to mention here, we shall discuss these at session 0)

I do enjoy mixing things up and making the stories relevant to player characters backstories whenever possible, incorperating additional content that relates to it. So don't be afraid to approach me and work with me to develop you backstory if you like that kind of thing. I want to deliver a tailored experience for you and your party. So long as you are working towards the end goal of the campaign, I will work with you to achieve it however you attempt to do it, even if it takes us off the beat and track. The occasional short, fun detours also never hurt right?

Paid Game: As mentioned in the title, this is a paid game. The cost per session will be £5 per player per session.
Systems: We will be using Roll20 for the VTT and Discord for comms.
