Hello! Trying to put together a few players in Winnipeg for a campaign. I am an experienced DM that's took a decade long break but is now getting into 5e. This is an in person game if you are interested. The location will be in Transcona. I have 2 players so far, planning to start when I've got 4.
I have a server you can join if you're interested, we have multiple different games being played on multiple days. You can reach me on discord @cross7666
Oops, sorry, i should have mentioned, I am putting together an in-person campaign. I am located in Winnipeg which is why I mentioned the city. Here's the full info.
Game: D&D 5e
Group type: Face-to-face
Experience: Veteran DM (20+ years) that took a decade long break but is now jumping into 5e with both feet.
Location/Timezone: Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; east end of the city
Schedule: Sundays starting 1-3pm going to 8-9pm weekly.
Roles sought: Players, I need 2-4 more people. Looking to run with 4-6 total. Open to new players but prefer 18+ or those of a mature disposition.
Game style: Mix of RP and Combat, looking to replicate the 'feel' of Baldurs gate/Mass Effect/Dragon age where you experience character growth and involvement with a long campaign to save the world. Largely linear campaign centering around the players saving a nation, then a group of nations and perhaps the world? That's assuming we can keep this going long term. Will be incorporating character backstories into the world and campaign. Characters will be good/neutral aligned for the most part. Everything else will be gone over during session zero.
Homebrew world, trying to form up a reliable group of 4-6 players. Have 2 from my old gaming days so far. Will be starting at lv 1 to ease myself and the other returning players into 5e. (We stopped playing during 3e.)
