Hey there! My Tuesdays are, generally, free. I am currently looking to start running a game there. I'm still trying to get time nailed down, but I would like to get something going if possible. I would be DMing, but I don't have any players.
Hi. I think I would be interested in playing a game, since I recently ended a campaign for 10 players that has gone on for 3 years. Would you be running a premade module, or would you write your own adventures, and what is your style of DMing?
I've done both before. I've run premade adventures and I've crafted my own worlds and stories. For this, I think I'd like to run something premade since I am already running a homebrew campaign. I enjoy story. I enjoy trying to incorporate the characters stories into mine. I like making things personal to the characters. For this one, I'd like to run The Curse of Strahd.
That sounds good to me. I have run The Curse of Strahd before, but that was long enough ago that I don't remember much about it, and what little I do remember was common knowledge to the residents of Barovia. How many players in a group do you want to have?
Okay, then. What level would you want to start the group at(since it would likely be a smaller group than the module was written for, and I am unsure if you will use the Death House opening or if you would start with the opening that is written for the listed starting level(3))?
I wouldn't be able to start until after July 18th, though.
I'd have you guys start at level 1. Hmm I was hoping to start sooner as I'd have quite a bit more open free time over the next couple of weeks. Well, maybe we can work it out anyway.
Sorry to butt in, but if you're still looking for players, I can certainly rise to the call!
I've never played in one, but I love the concept of long, story driven campaigns. I'm a total sucker for character development and whatnot. This sounds like it could be fun!
If there's still open spaces, hit me up when the ball gets rolling!
I typically play rogues or Wizards, but would be interested in any class(so I can play a bard, cleric, druid, or paladin(least likely in this module), if we don't have anyone with healing capabilities).

Very nice! I think I'd like to keep the group small. So no more than 4 players at the very most. I can do as few as 2 players though.

Do you have any limitations on classes, races, etc?
This sounds really interesting to me as well if you are looking for more players.
I’m open to anything official. No homebrew content. I may be open to critical role stuff. The Minotaur UA race available here is also okay
im certainly open to it!

If my count is correct, we should have an open space
I’d love to be a part. Sounds like a blast! I’m pretty open to playing any class that helps out the collective the most.

Would something like roll20 or fantasy grounds be used?
If everyone involved would be able to, I would assume so. Since I wouldn't be DMing, I wouldn't be able to make that call, though.
If I'm going to DM this, then most likely not. I don't tend to use those tools. I like the "theater of the mind" shtick.
How many of the people who are interested would be able to use Discord(including the DM)?
