A free Discord account as well as a free DnDBeyond account.

What I provide

I offer a Master tier DnDBeyond account and access to Discord with the bot Avrae. I tentatively plan to use Avrae maps for combat but will consider other options if that is the consensus among players.

I would like to encourage a roleplay forward game, but it is DnD, so there are plenty of combat opportunities to flex your prowess.

A perk of a play by post is that everyone can contribute to the game at any time, day or night. I will make two verbose posts a day, and will check the game throughout the day to respond as needed.

Gameplay details

Character sheets will be created on DnDBeyond and the game will be played on Discord via text posts. I will be using a bot called Avrae for dice rolls and possibly mapping. There is a learning curve for Avrae but I will help you.

We will spend as much time as we need in a session zero to make sure everyone is comfortable. We will discuss characters, gameplay, lines, veils, and expectations. Once everyone is on the same page, we will start week 1, our adventure.

Dragons of Icespire Peak should have players reach level 6 or 7. I am hoping the adventure will continue on and week also play Storm Lord’s Wrath, Sleeping Dragons Wake, and Divine Contention completing the entire storyline.
