Hi there! Are you looking for some homebrewed adventures that are filled with story, roleplay and combat? Interested in finally getting a chance to play that wacky, sentimental character that you never got a chance to because you're DM restricted homebrew? If you answered yes, then you my friend are in luck!
My name is Ace, and I've been DMing for about 9 years now. 100% of those 9 years was me DMing homebrewed settings, along with letting my players be free to create the characters they have dreamed of! I've always done my best to not say "no" to a character with homebrewed. At best, I've modified them to be more fair for myself and the other players, which means you'll get to play the character you've always dreamed of!
On top of having homebrewed allowed, I have also created (and still creating) plenty of homebrew classes, subclasses, and races, which I 100% allow! As of now, I have a 3 very solid campaigns that I have ran, wrote, and polished! So you won't be lacking any story or roleplay chances as you play. As mentioned in the title, to help gauge if this is something you want to commit to, or maybe you get the feeling it's not too much for you, the first month is absolutely free. You heard me correct, free.
What does that mean? The first 4 sessions are absolutely free! You can use that time to determine if it's something you would like to commit to or not, and if you decide that it's not for you, then no worries! You can drop out during that time without paying a single cent!
Now, for the ones that are interested in going beyond the free month, I know you're probably thinking "These are homebrewed, what exactly does that entail?" Well, I'll tell ya! Below is a list of some of my common games that I've DM'ed over the years, and have put a lot of love and writing into.
Elements of War- High Fantasy/Storytelling/Roleplay/Adventure
A typical high fantasy adventure setting, however the party finds out there is some special and powerful element about them, that confuses even the gods. 3/5 slots filled
Gears and Magic- Steampunk/Fantasy/Adventure/Mystery/Storytelling
Set in a world of high tensions between steam and magic, yet the party finds an important figure that seems to gain the interest of both sides.
0/5 slots filled
Veins of the Past- Gritty/Sci-fi/Fantasy/Adventure/Storytelling/Apocalyptic
Set in a post apocalyptical magical version of America, yet a powerful tyrant is sweeping the nation in order to reclaim the old modern world to enhance it. 1/5 slots filled
Reign of the Damned- Gritty/Fantasy/Horror/Hardcore/Adventure
On a continent set in the far west, tensions break out between good and evil. The evil however, have an advantage due to a natural phenomenon of creatures that have spawned called Hellborn. 1/5 slots filled
and these are just the well polished ones! In the future we'll have titles such as "The Crimson Manor" and "The Wild Wild Fae"
Now to hopefully answer some final questions in case I missed any, here is a quick list of answers to hopefully close the gap
"How much does it cost to play?" - Like I mentioned in the post, the first 4 sessions is absolutely free! But if you are wanting to play beyond that, then it will be 15$ per session.
"What is used for the payment" - Right now it's done through Paypal, however in the future I'll look into possibly different and more flexible options.
"Can I play homebrew? and if so, what kind?" - All of it! After careful approval of course. I've always done my best to never say no to my past players when it came to homebrew, which meant that if it was something I felt was too much, I would modify it that way they could still play it!
"What time does the session start? and what days?" - As of right now, it is Monday - Friday at 7pm CST, with each day having a different campaign. Whenever those slots get filled up, I plan on opening some more slots in the morning time as well!
"How many players are you looking for?" - Each campaign has 5 player slots!
"Isn't 5 sessions alot? Won't each campaign only get a fraction of the attention?" - Absolutely not! I've been DMing homebrewed content for 9 years, and have become quite passionate about my stories and campaigns. I can easily adapt and write what I need for each and every campaign!
If there is any questions you come up with that isn't listed here, please let me know! and I will be more than happy to answer them for you! I hope to hear from you, and look forward to being your DM!
