What module/adventure are you running, or are you doing homebrew? Especially if you're doing homebrew, what type of themes should people expect (i.e., adventure, horror, political intrigue, etc.)? What time -- and time zone -- is your game? How many players are you looking for? What are you using to run the game (e.g., Discord, Foundry, Roll 20, DDB Maps, etc.)? Do you have a preference for player experience level? (Some people might want to know your level of experience as a DM, but I'd be willing to give a new DM a chance if the campaign seems fun. Everyone has to start somewhere. 😀) What balance of roleplay and combat (and exploration) is important to many players as well. There's more, but a lot of that -- character creation, for example -- you can discuss during Session 0 or if potential players ask.
I wouldn't want to waste your time if your campaign was at the same time as another I am in, and there are campaigns/modules I'm more interested in than others, so information like that would be helpful to me before I chose to join.
