Howdy I have an application posted below that outlines my character I'd like to play but I'd love and would be more than willing to make that flexible! If you feel this is something that would fit well into your world/group I'd be more than happy to join!
Something about you: I'm an aspiring third-year Video game Designer in College and play D&D constantly with my flatmates!
Gaming experience: I've been playing Dungeons and Dragons since I was 17 and gaming in general as far back as my memory allows me. I've found I find solace and fun most form when I'm playing games with friends and strangers alike.
Ability to commit to the timeslot: I'd personally go out of my way to set aside time to take part in this campaign! I do work on an off and on basis but, I'll likely always be able to attend!
Motivation: Hands down my favourite moment I can recall from playing Dungeons and Dragons is when I rolled two natural twenties against a dungeon boss in a row! I was playing a Warlock who worshipped the deity Umberlee (Known to some as "The ***** Queen" or more formally "The Queen of the Depths"). Our GM essentially said that she arose from a nearby lake and sucked the Mud Golem Towards her before slashing it to bits with sheets of water.
I also just love interacting with people and crafting a really fun and involving narrative. I absolutely have gotten a metric ton of ideas and concepts for games from just playing D&D and seeing how things play out!
I've also gone ahead and made a character sheet which I'll provide in the link below. I love D&D Beyond just because of how useful it is for both player and DM as both can edit it at will! It's easy to use and manage and is by far the only service I've used to make characters besides pen and pad.

Character Name: Xavian Grimsbane
Character Class: Bard
Character Backstory: Xavian traveled the countryside tending to keep away from the dark forests that dotted the land in fear for what horrors they might hold. Try as he might, however, it wasn't he who found the darkness but instead the darkness found him. Waking up in what could only be described as sleep paralysis Xavian lay frozen in bed. Out of the corner of his eye, he could make out the darkened shape of some humanoid figure which upon closer inspection pulsed red and had the most devilish of horns. He struggled against his invisible bonds as the shadowed shape made its way slowly towards him as if it found satisfaction watching him struggle. As it closed the distance it reached down and put a pointed finger to his forehead and pain and pure agony wracked him as he silently screamed, trapped in his own mind.
Shortly after Xavian awoke feeling even worse than he went to bed and clutched his head while grabbing hold of the bed frame to steady himself. That's when he became aware of the voices. The voices at the edge of his consciousness. Just out of hearing range almost as if spoken from far away. They chanted in a softened tone that quickly grew louder, until a single voice permeated the bunch, silencing the rest. In a raspy voice, as though it spoke to him from out of the depths of hell itself it uttered a single word. "Help."
