(A mash up of 'Tyranny of Dragons' and the classic module from B/X D&D: The Keep on the Borderlands)
Group type: Online
Experience: Any (Aimed at newer players but all experience is welcome)
Location/Timezone: Washington State (PST)
Schedule: 6PM -9PM on Thursday Nights PST
Roles sought: 4-6 players
Game style: Sandbox, Dungeon Crawl, Hack-n-Slash
About the DM: I've been playing D&D going on 21 years with 14 of those years as an off and on DM. My tone is fast pace and cinematic giving my players free autonomy. If a rule gets in the way of that chance to shine, I will ignore it or get rid of it all together. I do not, at all, mind a silly tone from my players so long as they are made aware that the same freedom and autonomy I give is reactionary to anything the characters do in game; ie, if you get caught stealing or murdering an NPC, there will be consequences in-line with real world laws (in short, no murderhobos)
Your unassuming village is attacked by cultists. Everything you've ever known turned to ash and flipped onto it's head.
You survive by meeking out a meager living in a place called the Borderlands between the Barony of Ratik and Bone March. There stands a lone keep in the wilderness.
What adventures await? And what of the cultists that ravaged your home?
This campaign is a mash up of Dungeon & Dragons 5e Module Tyranny of Dragons and the B/X Module B2: The Keep on the Borderlands set in the classic D&D setting of Greyhawk.
This campaign will encompass 10-12 sessions full of grimdark dungeon crawl peril that will challenge the heroes in this rags to riches story of triumph and despair.
This campaign is aimed at new players but open to all experience levels.
