About the adventure
This is a world of desperation & any sort of chance to improve your situation, you take it. A stranger has come into town & has requested a small group of bodyguards to travel with them into the Sea of Silt to a fabled oasis that isn't on any map. Is this a suicide mission? Who knows, but it pays well & maybe you need to get out of town for other reasons. In this adventure we'll be going on 5e versions of the classic adventures as well as our own adventures as we dive into the sands of Sorcerer Kings, Magic Defilers, & Psionics.
Dark Sun has some notoriously dark themes & all of them will be discussed in depth in our Session 0 to make sure everyone is comfortable & aware of what kind of brutal world we're jumping into. I have a feeling that the world of Athas will never be the same after it's run in with you all...
