Hi there i am looking for 3 to 4 people to play in a homebrew setting that i have been working on for the last. looking for people between the ages of 19-24. games will run from 3 to 6
For 4 months we will be using pretty standard DnD rules however I am open to homebrew class ideas so long as you run them by me. You will start at level three. we will be using dnd Beyond for character sheets and Discord for voice calls for the duration of the campaign. in terms of my style of running games, I lean towards the rule of cool and like a group of people who are role-play-focused.
Brief description: you will play as students of the Winter-lake University a place to study deeper knowledge of the arcane and of the workings of the world. you have woken up in a field of flowers far from the university that you have called your home you know in a place far away with no memory of how you got there. The only thing that you know is that you have a strange urge to deliver a statue found with you when you wake up to someplace you're not sure where but you know you have to take it somewhere. Inspirations for this campaign include Lord of the Rings any kind of folk horror and the Greco-Roman mysteries.
Basic stuff: no bigotry of any kind.
dont be toxic and no chaotic evil stupid characters.
I just wanna come in and give a huge vouch for Sesarathian, who posted above me here. I just DMed for him for a couple years and he is everything I could want in a player - kind, respectful, supportive, positive, fun, and creative. The only reason I've not invited him back to my next campaign is because I'm running at a different time slot that would be in the middle of the night for him, otherwise I would've loved to have him.
(He didn't ask me to do this and I didn't tell him I'm doing this - I just stumbled across this post and wanted to put in a good word for him.)
