I make all the worlds from scratch and we use some homebrewed items and such aswell
The current ideas for the short term campaign are
zyrrath - a area cursed by a sungod creating a wasteland
Kael’theras an area where theres a sentient forest
Talderon an area where the trees sap resembles blood and they leak
