Ten years. It has been ten whole years since the world of Leption faced a demonic siege unlike anything seen before. The Infestation, as it was called, brought devastation to many cities across the Quarks continent—a curse that would leave a lasting stain on humanity for generations to come. One such city was Citadel Vuelo, among the hardest hit. Though nearly destroyed, its survival—and eventual flourishing—became known as a miracle across the entire world. Legends say that, at the very brink of its demise, Goddess Ferra sent down her guardian, the Golden Giant, to defend the city and seal the demonic uprising forever. With his power, six chosen warriors of the mortal realm pushed back the darkness from the city’s core and lifted the entire citadel into the sky. This victory marked the beginning of humankind’s triumph over the demonic horde. Now, ten years later, Citadel Vuelo is opening its gates to the outside world once more, celebrating Goddess Ferra and the Sanctuary that stood against the Infestation. Each of you is an adventurer from a different walk of life, drawn here by fate—or by invitation—to partake in the festivities. May Ferra bless each and every one of you.
4 Players, Monday 8-12 EST Weekly, Level 3 start
Rules:
Respect everyone. No interrupting, arguing, or disrespecting other players or the DM. Stay engaged.
This is a shared story. Everyone should have a chance to contribute.
Starting Level: Level 3
Stats: Rolling for stats, best out of two.
Homebrew: 100% Allowed but discuss with me. Each player gets an item or weapon that can be home brewed. If you want to add spells or anything else to make the character feel like it is specific to what you want by all means talk to me. Nothing overpowered please.
Alignment: You can be evil unless it takes away from the campaign.
Backstories: Provide at least a short backstory that connects you to the world and other players. If you have a longer backstory please let me know so that I can incorporate it into the world.
Races: Ask me about if a race has anything unique in my world
Death & Dying: Death saves are rolled in secret by the DM.
Health Potions: Drinking a potion yourself is a bonus action. Feeding a potion to someone else is an action.
Critical Hits: Maximize the first damage die, then roll the second normally.
Encumbrance & Inventory: No strict weight limits, but if you’re carrying something ridiculous, I may impose disadvantages.
Material Components: Generally ignored Declare your actions quickly in combat. Avoid long delays to keep the game moving. Meta-gaming is discouraged. Play based on what your character knows, not what you as a player know. If a rule is unclear, the DM makes the final call. We can discuss it after the session if needed. PvP is allowed only with mutual player consent. Unprovoked betrayals are not permitted. Missed Sessions: If you can’t make it, let the group know in advance. Your character will either be NPC’d or remain in the background. Notes & Recaps: Players are encouraged to take notes,
