Hello!

I am a long-time DM and looking for a fresh crop of players to dive into a one-shot I've created between home games! I'm calling it "Selûne's Sanctuary".
It will take place in my homebrew setting, which is reminiscent of Faerûn.

Selûne's Sanctuary sits atop a mountain, on an island trapped by treacherous ocean, and confined by cancerous jungles. A village, Maiden's Grace, encircles the mountain's base. Those who reside there have been aiding pilgrimages for centuries, but the number of visitors has long-since dwindled due to the dangers that plague the area.
You are likely a traveler, seeking something by the grace of Selûne: goddess of the moons, dreams, light, protection, and travel.
You may also be a member of the clergy or village, in any shape or form, tasked with aiding and supporting the sanctuary in all of its endeavors.
Who are you, and who will you be? What goals drive your heart's desire? Will your dreams be made reality here, in this place of miracle?

Character creation is open-ended. Please make your character Level 6, and write one or two character pitches, and either write them below, or message me privately! Please also use only original 5e rules, as I haven't decided if I like the new rules or not.
Use standard array or point-buy.
Content sharing will be enabled once you've joined the campaign on D&D Beyond.

This game will take place on Friday, the 2nd of May, at 7PM EST! It will last 3.5 - 4 hours.
There will not be a session 0, but I will be available to chat at any time in between now and then!

This game will use dndbeyond, discord, and roll20 (character sheets, music, voice, video if you want, and maps!)
