Ten years have passed since the armies of Doresh & Morgau marched north and annexed much of southern Krakova. The newly-crowned King Lucan has established the Blood Kingdom and spread his authority far beyond the prior reaches of the Brom Plateau. Nearby powers have taken notice and began preparing their defenses to limit his ambitions.
You are an adventurer, taking odd jobs and operating out of the Free City of Zobeck. Lately, tensions have risen as its citizens disappear during the night. The lost don't seem to have much in common, other than being of the working class. With no leads, old prejudices have resurfaced and locals suspect the community of Kobolds within the city's ghetto.
But far beneath the surface of Midgard, dark plots have been set into motion. Agents of the Unsated One toil to bring about a bloody tithe in their name. Your path will inevitably bring you face to face with the forces responsible, but will you be enough to stop them?
. . . . . . . . . .
Tales of Midgard is a long campaign starting from level 1 and ending around level 12. It will very loosely follow the adventure "*Empire of the Ghouls*" by Kobold Press, with a large amount of homebrew content written to make the journey from destination to destination feel organic, rather than a rushed railroad. The game will start around the city of Zobeck, but will take you to a variety of different regions such as savage tundras, shadowy fey roads, vast deserts, and the grim Underworld. I will work closely with you during character creation to understand your character concepts and identities, along with your backstories to better create content that engages them.
This game will use the legacy 2014 content for D&D 5e.

About Me I am a GM who values a strong narrative and enjoys collaborative storytelling. I want to create an environment where your characters experience growth and have opportunities to display their ideals and flaws. Role-play is important to me, and I enjoy filling the world you inhabit with realistic NPCs and meaningful dialogue.
At my table, I generally run neutral/good aligned campaigns with a grounded theme. I don't particularly enjoy creating meme-y content or joke characters, and request the same from my players.
I don't have tolerance for harassment, hate, or bigotry. I am a part of the LGBTQ+ community myself and prefer to leave politics and religion out of our games. My ideal gaming space is where we would all feel comfortable.
