The Wreck of the Lucky Star
Online Mini Campaign 3 to 4 sessions

Session: 4 hour sessions

Description: You have chartered passage aboard a ship named the Lucky Star. Your destination is the coastal city of Waterdeep, a city of splendor along the Sword Coast. The journey is expected to be a few days without much incident. Unfortunately the ship gets caught in a massive and powerful storm on the second day of the voyage. The ship is caught in a ferocious storm and is tossed and battered by giant waves and unforgiving winds. Despite the valiant efforts of the crew the ship is blown off course and wrecks into a reef along an uncharted desert island. Several of the crew were lost at sea during the storm and more of the crew and passengers were killed when the ship ran into the reef. The lower decks flooded with ocean water and many were trapped below and drowned The remaining crew and survivors who managed to abandon ship and make it onto the rocky shore now find themselves castaways on the island . As a new day dawn the storm passes on and the survivors must now assess their situation and find a way to survive on this mysterious and unforgiving island.

What to expect: This is a west marches style of campaign meaning there is a central point where the party is located at & adventures from. It also means the campaign is open for players to join in & drop out each session without missing too much. June 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM MDT is when we’ll start the campaign but the time could change depending on when people, if any, are available. Sessions will last as long as players want it to but I’ll cut off at 3-4 hours in.

Adventure Description: You are the newest members of the adventurers guild known as The Stone Tossers. Your motto is “We’re always a stone toss away.” due to the magical portals that connect you to your clients. You will go on missions to clear out locations from dungeons to manors to castles to hideouts to caves. There is nowhere too far for you to reach because you are always a stone toss away from adventure.
