Hi! My name is Jonas, and I've been playing D&D since 3E circa 2001. I currently lead a biweekly face-to-face game here in Pittsburgh, but I deeply miss getting to explore new characters as a player, so I'm looking for a group where I don't have to GM.
That said, I'm happy to help out a newer GM however I can. If you've been thinking of running a game but have been hesitating, I can help out by answering rules questions, acting as a sounding board, helping to brainstorm adventure ideas or work up a campaign world, or just kicking in on snacks/dinner for the group.
Game: D&D 5e (2014 rules preferred), D&D 3/3.5E, D20 Modern—or really anything scifi- or fantasy-flavored and D20- or PbtA-adjacent. (I'd love to try out Masks, for example.) Group preferred: Face-to-face Experience: Veteran Location/Timezone: Pittsburgh, PA Availability: Weekday evenings after 5:30pm or weekends after noon; ideally looking for a regular weekly game. Preferred role: Player Game style: I like some story, some roleplaying, and some character development along with my dice-rolling. I'm particularly interested in games where the party makeup is non-traditional—all "monster" races, for example, or Oops All Bards, or having the opportunity to play a friendly, helpful necromancer. But that's not a requirement! Mostly, I'm down for pretty much anything.
